It was the first time that I contacted Touring for assistance .

My call was answered promptly. I spoke to 2 gentlemen who clearly and pleasantly assisted me accordingly.

Since I noted that the assistance needed was not that urgent, he gave me the time frame the service would be provided and explained the process. The towing service arrived as scheduled, with enough notice of its arrival. Pascal who came over tried everything to start my car, patiently checked everything to resolve the problem . When all his attempts were unsuccessful, he towed my car to the service garage.

He was very professional, curteous, pleasant. I am very satisfied with the excellent customer service that I received. Thank you, gentlemen!
